Who owns the material

The courses, including their text, illustrations, forms, templates, quizzes and layout, and the content of this website are protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to Lucas Henrique de Melo Machado or are used under licence. Techniques themselves are not owned by anyone; the way we explain, illustrate and organise them is.

Your licence

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and professional work.

You may

• read, download and print the modules for yourself, on any of your devices;
• fill in and use the forms, checklists and templates with your own clients, in your own salon, studio or practice;
• adapt the templates to your own business, for example by adding your logo and prices;
• teach and apply what you learn, in your own words.

You may not

• share, sell, rent or give away your access link or the files;
• upload the material to a website, drive, group, marketplace or messaging service;
• use the material to run a course, class or training that others pay for, or present it as your own work;
• translate it or create derivative courses from it;
• remove copyright notices;
• use the material to train, fine-tune or feed an artificial intelligence system;
• use the Glowence Spa name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

Salon teams

A licence covers one person. If you want to use a course to train a team, write to support@glowencespa.com and we will arrange a team licence.

Quoting and reviews

You may quote short passages in a review or article with a link to this website. You may not publish whole modules or templates.

If you find our material being misused

Please tell us at support@glowencespa.com.

If you believe we have used your work

If you own the rights to something published here and believe it is used without permission, write to support@glowencespa.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the exact address where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We review every notice promptly and remove material while we investigate. This procedure follows the notice and takedown standard of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and article 19 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014).

Third-party material

Some photographs on this website are licensed stock images and are not included in the licence given to you.

Breach

A breach of this licence ends it automatically. We may withdraw access without a refund and use the remedies available under Brazilian Law 9.610/1998 and the law of the country where the breach took place.
