How do I receive the course?
Straight after payment you see a confirmation page with your access button, and we send the same personal link to the email you used at checkout. It normally arrives within a minute. The link opens your course library, where you can download every module and template.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every course is a single payment in US dollars. Nothing renews and your card is never charged again.
What format are the courses in?
Each course has ten illustrated lesson modules in PDF, a short self-check quiz per module, and printable forms, checklists and templates. You can read them on any device and print them.
How long do I keep access?
For life, meaning for as long as the academy exists, and future updates to the course you bought are included. If we ever closed, we would give at least 90 days' notice so you could download everything.
Do I get a certificate or a licence?
No. Our courses are professional education, not an accredited qualification or a licence to practise. Some treatments, such as massage, may require a licence where you work. Check your local rules before offering a treatment for payment.
What if the course is not for me?
Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.
I lost my access email. What now?
Go to Student access and use the Resend my access form with the email you bought with. A fresh link arrives in minutes. You can also write to us at support@glowencespa.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed by Stripe.
